Flautist Jef Kearns presents a fresh reinterpretation of Kenny G’s beloved instrumental classic “Songbird,” produced by longtime collaborator Douglas Romanow and mastered by Grammy-nominated engineer Adam Grover (Billy Joel, Lenny Kravitz) at Sterling Sound.

This new version preserves the original’s warmth and melodic beauty while introducing contemporary textures, subtle rhythmic energy, and a deeper atmospheric dimension.

“‘Songbird’ is a melody that resonates with so many people,” says Kearns. “My aim was to honour that spirit while exploring new sonic colours and emotional range.”
